Infrastructure that remembers, so patterns become visible as the data matures. Chronic failure locations, ward-level condition rollups, and replacement prioritization follow naturally from a dense, verified registry — not from dashboards built ahead of the data.
What we will not rush
CiviPro will not ship planning surfaces before the registry supports them. No capital prioritization without verified asset density. No analytics claims without ground truth behind them. Registry, visibility, and operations come first — planning follows when the memory is deep enough to trust.
